We welcome you to experience wine tasting and vineyard tours at our Swedish winery in Österlen. Discover regenerative farming, minimal-intervention winemaking and the story behind every bottle.
To be able to give you our fullest attention and the ultimate experience we take visits by appointment only.
We will guide you on an in-depth tour of our vineyard. With this experience you will get a proper introduction to our philosophy and farming practices. Hear the story of how we got to do what we are doing and the visions we have for the future. Listen to how we want to evolve the concept of viticulture and create a healthy way of living with, and on, the land.
We will share with you our ideas and methods both in the vineyard and the winery. Discuss the opportunities and challenges we are facing with cold climate viticulture and development of a new wine country.
After the tour we gather in the winery to taste through the wines of the domaine. We will try both current releases as well as barrel-samples and new coming wines. 3-5 wines, based on availability.
