Description
100% Solaris from the northern edge of Vingården i Klagshamn, where sandy, lime-rich soils meet sea winds and quiet skies. Planted in 2016 and farmed without pesticides, herbicides, or irrigation. Instead, the vines were guided by teas of wild herbs — nettle, yarrow, dandelion — and rhythms of the moon. Insects sheltered in hand-built hotels, and grasses and herbs grew as both cover and home.
Harvested late, with around 10% botrytised berries bringing a natural concentration and inner glow. A wild pied de cuve was started in the vineyard one week before picking, capturing native yeast to lead the fermentation. Aged 20 moons on full lees in stainless steel. No fining, no filtration, no pumps — only one gentle move by gravity into bottle. A microdose(10 mg/l) of sulphur added at bottling for safe passage.
This is a wine shaped by patience, intuition, and place — alive with quiet power, mineral tension, and the spirit of the North.
REVIEWS
Complex nose of bold pear, peach and apricot. Complex palate is bright with citrus and some subtle mint and spice notes. Nice energy and complexity here. 91/100

Pale gold. Spicy, just a touch honeyed but herbal not sweet, like heather honey. Intriguing avours of barley sugar and spice. Deep, rich and long. Breadth balanced by excellent freshness.
